Yoga Nidra: Summer (ON-LINE EVENT)

Nidra is the Sanskrit word for sleep. Yoga Nidra is the "sleep of the yogi". In this 90 minute practice you'll be guided through the 5 koshas (layers of being) into the realm between sleep and wakefulness. You’ll emerge from the practice feeling rested and whole.

You will be lying down for the entire practice, please prepare your space with plenty of blankets and pillows.

Ayurvedic practices for keeping your cool during summer will be discussed, and a cooling watermelon refresher recipe will be shared.
